Women need nutritious food  as they have to work hard at home and their working place.If you don’t take proper food you are unable to maintain your family as well as job.I suggested some nutritious food that require proper nutrient and keep your health from many kinds of disease like cancer, heart attack,brain tumor,anemia.
Egg
Egg  yolks are a great source of protein,calcium,vitamin,and fat.One yolk  supplies  25% of your daily need .Many of us  thought  that  egg yolks are harmful to people with heart disease but its not right.They should take limit egg  yolks to two a weak.It prevent skin disease .
Fat Free Organic Milk
We all know that is an idle food.It  prevent  from cancer,back pain and depression.You  have to drink milk or food which make by milk .
Yogurt is one kind of food that make by milk which a great way to calcium,vitamin D can reduce heart disease risk. Most of the women need 1000+IU.
Recent research from the University of Tennessee found that fat people who went on a low calorie,calcium rich diet lost 70% more weight than those who are the least.
Fish and Meat for Women
Salmon and Tuna is a rich source of vitamin D,Ca,iron ,mineral,protein.It make our skin smooth and weight loss and prevent heart disease.Too little iron can cause anemia.
Lean beef is the best source of iron.You  have to take 1 ounce of iron per  day.You  can get calcium,vitamin B  which help our body turn food into energy,vitamin E,a  powerful  antioxidant  .It also high in omega 3 fatty acid.
Nut  and  Nut  Oil:
Nut  and nut oil contain high number of  amino acid,arginine,fatty acids and calcium.Nuts can reduce your  risk of heart disease.Walnuts are rich in omega-3s .Hazelnuts contain arginine .Almond has as many heart-healthy poly phenols as a cup of green tea and ½ cup of steamed broccoli combine.You can use  nut oil for good skin.
Vegetable
Vegetable is a great source of eat some vegetables which are very helpful for health like bean,tomato,sweet potato,broccoli,spinach,capsicum.There is no other food like bean as  more perfect.Most of the  women  fall short on Ca,potassium,Mg.1 cup bean can provide 17 gm fiber.Bean can also reduce heart disease,diabetes,high blood pressure,breast and colon cancer.
Spinach has serious health muscles.It contains lot of lutin, the sunshine-yellow pigment found in egg yolks.It   works  against skin disease,blindness,heart attack,reduce cholesterol.Spinach is also rich in iron ,vitamin B.
Fruits
Fruit is a nutritious for all.It contains lots of vitamin.You  can get a lots of vitamin ,iron fruits .Guava is a tropical fruit which is better source of vitamin B,Vitamin C.It contains more vitamins than orange and tomato .Blueberry,apple ,lychee,mango,banana,strawberries are also contain vitamins,minerals,iron,ca,potassium and mg.
You  can eat mix fruit juice or jelly  and  fruit salad.
Olive oil, shark liver oil,cod  liver  oil  contains vitamin D  and  vitamin E.Sunflower seeds loss cholesterol
