CHRISTMAS CAKE ROLL
This low-fat angel cake bun is a guilt-free indulging,
which is much-appreciated on the Christmas flavor.
TOTAL TIME: Prep: 45 min. + chilling Bake: 20 min. + cooling
MAKES: 12 servings
· 9 egg whites
· 1-1/2 teaspoonfuls vanilla
· 3/4 teaspoonful
tartar
· 1/4 teaspoonful
salt
· 1 cupful plus 2 tablespoonfuls sugar
· 3/4 cup cake flour
· FILLING:
· 2-1/3 cupfuls refresh or frosty
cranberries
· 1 cupful sugar
· 6 tablespoonfuls water, parted
· 2 tablespoonfuls cornflour

Instructions
1. Put egg whites in a big bowl; allow stand at room
