THAI CHICKEN SOUP
1.butter-1 table spoon
2.blend garlic-1 tea spoon
3.chicken stoc-2 cup 4.boneless chicken-400gm
5.lemon grass or Thai leaf-2 tea spoon
6.grading ginger-1 tea spoon
7.sugar-1 tea spoon
8.grading red chilli-1 tea spoon
9.1 grading onion
10.2 cup butter milk
11.fish sauce-2 table spoon
PROCESS
First you have to put some butter in the pan and then left
some grading garlic and chilli, put some grading onion and cook it .then you
have to mix chicken stock and butter milk and cook it.When it was getting
boil,you have to put boneless chicken,lemon grass,sugar and fish sauce.Then
cook it
for 15 minutes.Then you have to take away the Thai leave and left some
black pepper.Serve it and enjoy.
