eating is very important.Breakfast is most important part of our daily life.Healthy
breakfast make our day beautiful and sound.Everyday we are so much busy in our
working life but health is very important.We all know sound body sound mind.
Today I talk about two healthy breakfast which are you can
make easily in your home in short time.
FRUITS WITH
FRESH CREAM
Specified some fruits like mango,strawberry,banana,apple,kiwi,cherry,peanuts,mix
all fruits in a big bowl and put 2 tea spoon fresh cream and 1 table spoon
honey.
Your healthy breakfast is ready in short time.You can get
lots of vitamin from fruits and honey is
more helpful for younger looking
HOME MADE PANCAKE
INGREDIENTS
1.1 cup flour
3.sugar
4.1/2 cup milk
5. 2 tb spoon butter
How Can You
Make It

At first you have to mix flour,egg,sugar,milk in a
bowl.Blend these item properly in a bowl.

You have to need a pan.Warm it for 2 minutes and brush
some butter over the pan.

Then put 1 cup mixing item into the pan heat for few minutes.
Your pancake is ready.Its a very nutritious breakfast for you
and your family.
