Vegetable is very healthy for one’s health. It contains
vitamins and minerals.If we prepare soup
with vegetables, it will be a very delicious and healthy one.So we can make it
in our home and enjoy it for our sound health.

Soup With Cheese
Ingredients
1.butter- 4 table spoon
8. Brown sugar-1 table
spoon
2.Cabbage- 100 gm
9.chilli powder-1/2tea spoon
3.Brockli-1
10.soya sauce-3 table spoon
4.Salt as your taste 11.lemon
juice-1 table spoon
5.1- Carrot Slice
12.fish sauce-as your taste
6.garlic and black
pepper paste 13.marzoram-1/4
tea spoon
7.vegetable stock-5 cup 14.cheese
slice-130 gm
HOW TO COOK
Put the cheese slice in a dish and place the dish into the
refrigerator for 2 hour .Then put this cheese into the fry pan and cook it with 1
table spoon butter for 2-3 mins. Then you have need another
sauce pan.When you have got it ,put some
butter into the pan . Put garlic paste ,fish sauce, black pepper and cook this
for 2-3 mins.Then place cabbage
slice,broccoli slice and carrot. Place vegetable stock over them and again cook
it for 2-3 mins.Put brown sugar,salt and soya sauce over them.After 15 mins
later put 2 table spoon butter,fry
cheese,lemon juice and chilli powder and cook it for a min.Before serve put
some chilli powder over the soup.
Now you can enjoy it with your family.
