Valentines Day Special Black Forest Cake


Chocolate cake is one of the most favorite food  for everyone and  most popular in worldwide.In this valentines day you can celebrate this heart shaped yummy black forest cake with your partner.You can also prefer this cake in your children.So make it and enjoy  this valentines  special cake
Ingredients
1.110 gm unsalted butter
2.1/4 cup-250g sugar
3.2 eggs
4.1/4 cup cake flour
5.50gm cocoa powder
6.1/2 teaspoon baking powder
7.1 teaspoon vanilla extract
8.3/4 cup buttermilk
Ingredients For Filling
1.1 cup heavy  whipping cream
2.4 cinnamon sticks ,broken in half
3.2/3 strawberry jam
4.2 tablespoon krisch
5.4 ounce bittersweet chocolate
6.1/2 cup heavy whipping cream
7.1/4 cup water
8.2 tablespoon corn syrup
9.1 teaspoon choi-spiced tea leaves
10.5 ounce bittersweet chocolate
How To Make 
Preheat oven in 400 F. Place 8x8x2 heat shaped cake ring on sheet of foil.Beat  the butter and sugar until white and fluffy.Add one egg and mix properly between each egg.Shifted flour,cocoa powder,baking soda,vanilla extract and buttermilk in a bowl and mix well until the batter is smooth. Place the  batter  to a cake  pan and bake at 400 degrees for 20 minutes .Do not over bake.cool completely.
Filling
Beat the whipping cream with cinnamon and sugar until it thickens and place th refrigerator overnight.
Assembling
Use long serrated knife to out the cake horizontally in to 3 equal layer.Blend jam and krisch in a bowl.Spread jam on the first layer and then second layer cake.Spread jam on third layer.Place cinnamon cream into large bowl,beat until it getting soft now put finely choppeds chocolate in saucepan over low heat until smooth.Fold hot chocolate into whipped  cream drop filling over bottom cake layer.Gently press second layer and then third,smooth sides of cake with offset spatula.
Bring cream,1/4 cup water,corn syrup,and tea to boil in small saucepan,stirring constantly.Remove from heat,add coarsely chopped chocolate,whisk until smooth,Cool glaze until pourable,about 30 minutes.Place rack  with cake over baking sheet.Slowly pour glaze over cake to cover,using spatula if necessary to spread evenly.Chill until glaze is firm ,at least 2 hours and up to 1 day. Place cake on platter and serve.
