CHOCOLATE LOG

 Every children likes cakes very much in Christmas.Cake is one of the popular recipe in Christmas.So,I hope all of you enjoy chocolate log very much in this Christmas.

INGREDIENTS

1.flour-100gm

2.sugar-300gm

3.egg-10pieces

4.butter-300gm

5.dark chocolate-200gm

HOW TO MAKE

1.First you have to mix eggs,sugar & flour nicely.

2.bake it in the oven in 160/160F. for 15 minutes.

3.place the  cake in the refrigerator for  30 minutes.

4.then mix butter and dark chocolate and place the element over the cake.

5.lay a baking parchment sheet.Tip it onto the parchment and peel off the lining paper.Then roll up the cake from its longest edge with the paper inside.Now cool it.

6.To make a branch,cut a thick diagonal slice from the log.Place the log on a plate.Arrange the slice on the side with the diagonal cut against the cake.

7.place the cake again  in the refrigerator for 20 minutes.

8.now you can decorate it as your wish.

4.flour-3oogm

5.vanilla extract-as your require

HOW TO MAKE

1.bit  butter,sugar and egg  first.

2.then mix flour and vanilla extract.

3.make medium slice with the elements

4.cut the slice like a bell shape

5.bake this  in the  oven  in 160/160F. for 15 minutes.
