Dear friends! Now I give you a special recipe
about “ Chocolate Cup Cake”this new year
you can make this recipe in your home .Chocolate is almost favorite
item for us & specially children
like it very much.So I make this recipe specially for children & I hope
everyone like this.
Chocolate Cup Cake
For the ganache filling
1. 2 ounce fresh cream
2..1
tablespoon sugar
3. vanilla
extract
For the cup cake
1.3 ounces
chocolate(properly chopped)
2. ½ cup cocoa powder
3. ¾ cup hot coffee
4. ¾ cup flour
5. ¾ cup sugar
6. ½ teaspoon
salt
7. ½ teaspoon
baking soda
8.6 tablespoon
oil
9.2 eggs
10.2 teaspoon
white vinegar
11.1 teaspoon vanilla extract
12. ½ pea nut
13.strawberry and chocolate chips for decoration
For the frosting
1.1
¼ cup butter
2.1
cup sugar
3. ¾ cup cocoa powder
4.pinch of
salt
5. ¾ cup corn
syrup
6.1 tea spoon vanilla extract
7.8 ounces
chocolate,liquid & chilled
How To Make
First you make
ganache filling
Mix cream
& sugar.Heat the oven on high power
till the mixer warm and refrigerate this mixer for 30 minutes
Secondly you
make cupcake
1.Heat the
oven in 350 degree F. Line a standard size muffin pan with liners.Mix chocolate
and cocoa powder ,then mix hot coffee.Refrigerate mixture for 3020 minutes.
2.mix flour
,sugar,salt,baking soda and pea nut together in a bowl.
3.then mix
oil,eggs,vinegar and vanilla extract in to the
cooled chocolate mixture.Then add the flour mixture.
4.Split the
batter equally between the muffin pan cups.Put one circled teaspoon of ganache
filling oven each cup cake.Bake the cup cakes for 17 to 19 minutes and then
cool the cup cakes in the pan for 10 minutes,again cool the cup cake for 1
hour.
Make The Frosting
Mix butter
,sugar, cocoa powder and salt.Scraping the sides of the bowl add the corn syrup
and vanilla extract.
Scrap the
sides of the bowl,add the chocolate and pulse till smooth and creamy.
Frost the
cupcakes as your wish.Keep the cupcakes in a airtight box.
Put some
chocolate chips and cherry over the cup cakes.
